As usual, the enthusiastic crowd gathered to listen to Jeya, an "old bird" recapitulating on the topic of the day where many attendees had missed in the last meet.

There was so much to share and doubts to clear over the present political scenario in the country. The promulgation of the Anak Bangsa Malaysia concept as a platform to ensure The People's Declaration is not left forgotten is the immediate step that has to be taken seriously.

A reminder by Aloysius that tardiness should be observed while Robert Foo added that the appropriate badge should be worn made a lot of senses.

So People, let us get what are required done!

As usual, the patriotic Anak Bangsa Malaysia sang the National Anthem to end the evening.

Shah Alam High Court - March 24 2009

In the October 2007 arrest of Hindraf supporters, 120 were charged for various offences. They were on RM500 bail each posted by bailor Mr.KP Samy. Today, at Shah Alam High Court, 66 were brought to face the charges.

After the recess, some opted to plead guilty because they could not afford to lose their jobs again.

On the 26 March, the final hearing will determine the outcome of those who pleaded not guilty.

Can The Barisan Government Win The Three By-Elections?

In Asia alone, we see political uncertainties in many countries and Malaysia is no exception. The next general election is still three years away and Malaysians have no time to wait for this avenue to make the change.

The three by-elections (Batang Ai, Bukit Selambau and Bukit Gantang) will be the great challenges for the Barisan government and Pakatan Rakyat to garner the win.

The people are the kingmakers as shown in the Kuala Terenggannu and Permatang Pauh by-elections. Can this be a repeat for PR to win in the coming three by-elections?

The answer is a simple yes! PR will take a clean sweep.

There are too many questions asked about our judiciary, police and MACC but there are no answers in sight. Such silence is one of the many killing factors for BN to lose good in the three by-elections.

It will not be a surprise that the majority in the final count will surpass an astonishing level. (The forecast and analysis will be discussed).

The present political crisis has entered an alarming phase with the stepping down of the prime minister to make way for his most unpopular deputy to take the helm. Since the internal crisis is still brewing within UMNO itself, the spill over of dissents will definitely give PR the mileage to harness their chances to win the three by-elections.

The outcome of the three by-elections that are going to run simultaneously will resolve in a manner that is consistent with the constitution and democratic values. This is what all clear thinking and concern Malaysians want it to happen, unlike the hostile takeover of the Perak state by the Barisan government.

The instant development in the respective constituency is not unprecedented to win the heart of the people, but it will be unlikely to work unlike the past. There are too many “misdeeds” that are swept under the carpet and this is where the people will voice out relentlessly for a change in a legitimate way.

Will the people be speaking out with one voice? You bet your “tutu” that they will!

Mystery – A Way With The Statues

Statues have found a place in human existence since time immemorial. In fact, apart from tools and other essentials, the man of the stone-age also sculptured statues out of stones and rocks. They may not have been the finest works of art, but all the same without training and formal knowledge, they did create pre-historic masterpieces.

If statues have a historic significance, then they also have aesthetic value.

We will notice that statues have several common characteristics from the way they face and are positioned, to the way they are sized and depicted. There are three options for statue figures, either stand, sit, or kneel.

Almost every country has museums where sculptures of famed people of the past are created.

The purpose of museums is to give visitors a virtual experience of the past. In fact many palaces of India have been converted into museums.

Statues do not have to be colossal in size. Human size statues or statuettes are enough to bring forth the work of the sculptors. Creativity is the art of the mind formed from a daring imagination to make the difference – to bring laughter or to frown upon.

When studying the history of any culture or civilization, studying their various forms of art has been of vital importance. This is because the statues do say a lot about the prevailing times.

There are life-size sculptures or miniatures that can be kept on shelves. The government also sanctions the sculpturing of statues of people who have made a significant contribution to society, whether historic person or someone who belongs to the contemporary period.

Funny people will corelate themselves with statue(s) just to have the fun out of it.

Many people place statues in their homes and commercial premises to add to the beauty of the surroundings.

Some institutes, schools, colleges, hospitals and other such organizations usually have a statue of their founder prominently displayed.

Knowing The S.H.I.T. In Education

In order to ensure the highest level of quality work and productivity from the students, it will be our policy to keep all the students well-informed and taught through our programme of SPECIAL HIGHT INTENSITY TEACHING. (S.H.I.T).

We are trying to give our students more S.H.I.T. than anyone else. If you feel that you do not receive the share of S.H.I.T. in the course, please see your lecturer. You will be immediately placed at the top of the S.H.I.T. list, and our lecturers are skilled at seeing you get all the S.H.I.T. you can handle.

Students who do not take their S.H.I.T. will be placed in the DEPARTMENTAL EDUCATION EVALUATION PROGRAMMES (D.E.E.P. S.H.I.T.).

Those who failed to take D.E.E.P. S.H.I.T. seriously, will have to go to the EDUCATIONALL ATTITUDE TRAINING. (E.A.T. S.H.I.T.).

Since our lecturers took S.H.I.T. before they graduated, they do not have to do S.H.I.T. anymore, because they are full of S.H.I.T. already.

If you are full of S.H.I.T., you may be interested in a job teaching others about S.H.I.T. We can add your name to our BASIC UNDERSTANDING LECTURE LIST (B.U.L.L. S.H.I.T.).

For students intending to pursue a career in management and consultancy, we will refer you to the department of MANAGERIAL OPERATION RESEARCH EDUCATION. (M.O.R.E. S.H.I.T.).

This course emphasizes how to manage M.O.R.E. S.H.I.T. If you have further questions, please direct them to our HEAD OF TEACHING SPECIAL HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING. (H.O.T. S.H.I.T.).

Thank you.

BOSS IN GENERAL, SPECIAL HIGH INTENSITY TEACHING. (B.I.G. S.H.I.T.).

Special quote from The DIRECTOR UNDER The MICHIGAN BUREAU OF SUPER HIGH INTENSITY TEACHING (The D.U.M.B. S.H.I.T.). Those who talk S.H.I.T. are already filled with S.H.I.T!
