Delicacies?



The Chinese have the fallacious thinking that gourmet comes from "whatever they can lay their hands on" to lay on the table.

Talking about food, the Chinese are paronoid about delicacy and the mainland Chinese are; six one one, and half a dozen of the other. If you tell them about animals right, they will put you into a boiling pot to make stew instead.

It is a sad case to see the country has progressed by leaps and bounds yet such cruel treatment to other living things still prevails.
